Returns

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is returned in its original condition.

If for whatever reason, you don't love your ShxtsNGigs merch, please use the returns form here to request your refund or exchange.

We will process these as quickly as possible once received, and cannot guarantee an exchange if the stock is unavailable. If this is the case, a refund will be issued and you will be notified immediately. Refunds take 3 - 5 working days for your bank to process.
